Automatic Harvested Chili Pepper Sorting and Cleaning Line is used to sorting the chili pepper and clean it. This Chili Pepper Sorting and Cleaning Line mainly includes three machines: one unit Chili Pepper Tree Branch Separating Sorting Machine and two units of Chili Pepper Air Winnowing Cleaning Machine. The first Chili Tree Branch Separating Machine will beat the chili with rotary spring teeth. The Chili Tree Branch will separate and fall down from the gap to the second layer. On the second layer, the impurity leaf and soil will be separated and removed. These impurities will fall to 3layer and clean chili will go to the following step for the chili air winnowing cleaning machine. The line includes two sets of chili pepper air winnowing cleaning machine which can remove most of the impurity in the chili pepper. After machine cleaning, We also equipped a manual selection conveyor which allows the worker to remove the impurity in the chili.
