带除尘辣椒粉碎机组用于干辣椒破碎制辣椒粉。本机属高速运转机械，被粉碎辣椒经高速刀片剪切获得粉碎，该机还可根据不同物料选用各种形状及尺寸不同的刀片，粉度大小通过更换筛选或调整速度获得。除尘辣椒粉碎机结构简单，粉碎室拆装与清洗方便，具有运转平稳、移动方便、噪音低、粉碎效果好等优点。
除尘辣椒制粉机由粉碎主机、旋风分离器、脉冲除尘箱及引风机等几部分组成。物料经加料斗进入粉碎室，被高速旋转的刀片击碎而获得粉碎，粉碎好的物料经旋转离心力和引风机的作用，进入旋风分离室，经关风机后出料，粉尘进入脉冲除尘箱，通过过滤筒过滤后回收，粉碎细度用筛网调节。该机全部采用不锈钢材料制造，生产过程无粉尘飞扬。
本机适用于制药、化工、食品、磁性材料、粉体等行业，是粉碎、吸尘及连续出料为一体的新一代粉碎设备。
