自动行星搅拌辣椒酱炒锅主要用于炒辣椒酱。全自动行星辣椒酱搅拌炒锅主要由锅体、架体、搅拌系统、加热系统、调速传动装置、搅拌轴、锅体翻转系统等组成。辣椒酱炒锅锅体为一次冲压成型的半球体不锈钢锅体，整体圆度误差小，搅拌器与锅体贴合度高，避免糊锅现象出现。加热可以采用蒸汽（夹套加热（蒸汽））、燃气、电加热导热油、电磁加热等多种加热形式可供客户选择。辣椒酱炒锅搅拌方式采用特殊的倾斜转动，使行星是搅拌器与锅体充分接触，实现转动与自传的不整数转动比，使锅内无搅拌死角，物料搅拌混合更均匀，搅拌器的刮板与锅体的贴合度高，刮底更干净，不容易产生糊锅现象。辣椒酱炒锅搅拌轴使用先进的转动与密封结构，使锅内洁净，卫生；调速采用变频调速动力，运行平稳。辣椒酱炒锅采用液压升降方式，实现搅拌与锅体分离后进行液压倾斜倒料，可倾斜90°角，倒料干净，易于清洗，降低劳动强度。辣椒酱炒锅适应于各种高粘度酱料的搅拌加热蒸煮炒制：焙烤馅料炒制业（果酱、莲蓉、豆沙、水果蓉、蜜饯、枣泥）、肉制品熟食加工业（卤味、肉酱、牛肉酱、海鲜酱）、调味品业（火锅底料、方便面酱料、香其酱）、糖果业（果酱、糖料）、蔬菜玉米加工业（香菇酱、辣椒酱）、酒店用品及快餐（食堂熬汤、烧菜、炖肉、熬粥）等食品加工业。
辣椒酱炒锅各种加热方式特点
- 燃气：燃气使用方便，升温速度快，满足一些产品对高温的需求，不受工厂电压的控制。
- 电加热导热油：具有受热面积大，温度可控，受热均匀。
- 蒸汽：适应于熬制产品，不宜糊锅，温度均衡，可根据用户需求自动控温
- 电磁：升温快，能兼顾到产品的色香味，比燃气加热、电加热导热油产品省。
