Batch Type Electric Heating Chili Dryer Oven is used to dry chili with hot air circulation. This adopts batch type design which needs work to put the fresh chili in the tray and put all tray in the drying oven for 4hour drying. Electric heating dryer oven has the feature of no pollution on working shop air and easy to operate. Electric heating dry oven has an automatic control system for the oven temperature. The sensor will reflect the temperature in the oven to the control system. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the heating pipe will stop working. 电加热辣椒烘干箱用于辣椒快速烘干。通过电热管加热空气产生热风， 耐高温循环风机使热风在烘干箱内循环，增强了热量的传递，提高了水分蒸发速率，缩短了干燥时间。整个箱体采用全封闭结构，热空气箱内循环，合理排出湿热空气和补进新鲜空气。箱式烘干房采用了岩棉夹芯板，厚度有75mm,以彩钢板制作表层，通过自动化连续成型机经压型后高强粘合剂粘合而成，由于彩色钢板和芯材岩棉均为非燃烧体，故其防火性能，保温性能更好，高温可达100°C至180°C左右。 电加热辣椒烘干箱配备了自动控温系统，控温精确。电加热辣椒烘干箱内分布有均匀的风板，箱内温度均匀。采用低噪音节能型内置式循环风机，运转平衡、大大的降低了设备的噪音和热量损耗，进风口配空气过滤器，标配有排湿装置。
电加执辣椒烘干机由加热室和物料室构成，主要设备包括供热设备、通风排湿设备、温湿度控制设备。 对烘烤环境的四大烘烤因素（水、火、风、时）具有良好的协调性，在遵循自然规律的过程中利用冷热气流的自然属性，促使烘干箱内热气流进行自然循环，既改良了烘烤环境，又提高了热利用率，又缩短了烘烤时间。所需烘干物品的潜在质量在烘烤过程中得到了充分的显现，使烤出的产品饱满圆润、光泽感强，保持原色，色度均匀，香气浓，提高烘干产品的质量等级。
